Each additional hour will be billed at $15.00 per hour. 
1/2 hours pro-rated at the above leveled rates.

Family Discount - In lieu of a % discount, all family members get combined for hours of week computation, as stated above. This generates a substantial savings for family with two or more students.

Tuition Policy

Tuition is due and payable on the first of each month.
Payments accepted by cash, check, or credit card.
Tuition paid after the 10th will be charged a late fee of $15.00.
Return check fee is $25.00.

Drop Policy
 30-day advance notice required for all dropped classes in order to avoid tuition charges. Late drops are subject to additional studio admin fee of $25.00

Autopay
You have the option of having tuition automatically debited from your credit card. Please see Autopay form. Charges will take place between the 1st and 5th of each month.

*4-week pay schedule allows for 4 weeks of vacation wks/holidays and 
other allotted scheduled "closed" dates.

Dress Code

Young Dancers Program (Prep Classes)
Any color leotard and tights. Skirts acceptable.
Ballet shoes and tap shoes required.

Ballet (All Levels)
Black leotard and pink tights.
Pink ballet slippers with sewn elastic.
Hair secured in a neat bun.
Black or pink leg warmers and close fitted sweaters acceptable.

Jazz/Contemporary/Lyrical (All Levels)
Solid colored, close fitting shirts and tank tops.
Fitted dance shorts, leggings, or capris. (Knees must be visible.)
Shoes appropriate for each class.

Tap (All Levels)
Close fitting shirts and tank tops.
Ankles must be visible.
Tap shoes required.

Hip-Hop (All Levels)
Comfortable clothing appropriate for dancing.
Tennis Shoes or Hip-Hop shoes. (No street shoes or hats.)

No jewelry on the dance floors.
No food allowed on dance floors

Class Make Up Policies
Should your child have an excused absence from their scheduled class, they can obtain a make-up pass from the front desk. This pass is good for 30 days from the date of the absence. Make-up passes are limited to 2 issued per missed day. When making up a class, the pass must be turned into the teacher of the class make-up. Lost passes cannot be replaced. Only EXCUSED absences are eligible for a make-up pass. Excused absences include illness or unforeseen family emergencies. Unexcused absences include, but are not limited to school events/activities, other dance team commitments, competitions, homework, vacations and/or social events All account balances must be current in order to be elibible for a make-up pass. Only techniques classes are eligible for make-up. Competition team classes are not eligible. Class make-ups can only be made up by the same type of class or ballet. If your child is doing a make-up class and does not have the make up pass you will be charged the drop in rate for that class.
